I’m not a “live in the gym” fitness person
In my 20s and 30s, most of my time went to being a professional at work… and a serious gamer in my free time. Spending extra hours at the gym eventually felt unrealistic (I preferred my leisure time to go towards gaming and other things), but I still cared about my health & fitness. Through years of experimentation—including periods where I was slightly overweight—I discovered what actually drives results: diet first, paired with short, efficient workouts. I found a system that works in the real world, and I’m here to teach you the same methods so you can get leaner, stronger, and healthier without sacrificing your time or your life. This worked for me, worked for my clients, and I believe it will work for you. In addition, the plan offers flexibility (so it isn't too strict), allows customization, and has a designed maintenance plan. In my opinion, maintenance is much easier than the initial work or having to start from the beginning.
* I work out for less than 15 minutes a day
* I have Exceptional/Elite Strength
* Able to maintain my weight at a comfortable range with ease
* Able to maintain fitness level that allows relative ease to try other active hobbies/sports
* Able to still have days where I eat whatever types of food I want
* I was able to restore my body to a natural weight when I stopped consistently doing the wrong things.
* I coached Track & Field for 4+ years
* This plan does not require workouts to achieve base goals
* Great for people who find it challenging to work out for over 30+ minutes a day
* Great for people who do work out for 30+ minutes but are not seeing results
* Great for people who want flexibility in food choices & still enjoy eating out
* Great for anyone who also wants to restore their body to a natural weight.
If you are not trying to be a body builder or professional athlete but wish to have a base fitness level that opens opportunities for you, this is an excellent place to begin. I don't consider myself to be a professional athlete or anything remotely close. I do know how to achieve weight loss and how to attain general physical fitness. I recommend a slow-steady pace over anything drastic or abrupt unless there is good reason for it.
I always knew I was likely to be above average in terms of fitness especially for a person that doesn't love to spend hours working out or going to the gym. I didn't know exactly where I would be at until a few Ai sources were able to confirm my guesses with some estimates of measurable & comparable exercises.
(For most people, please do not attempt a wall handstand push-up unless you have trained up for it safely. It is not easy for most people. See details below.)
