Are you already at your ideal weight, your peak, or chasing elite-level gains?  To be direct, this page isn't currently designed for you.  At the moment, we are focused on helping beginners and intermediate people to bridge the gap between "where I am" and "where I want to be."

  • Movement: Aim to do daily movements for 10 minutes or more.

  • Walking: Aim to walk 15 minutes+ a day.

  • Movement & Walking: Aim to do both daily.

  • Advanced & Elite athletes:  To help you gauge, anyone that can do one pull-up or has a BMI of 25 or less, this page is not really for you.  Check back in the future.​
